WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? is the debut studio album for 17 year old artist Billie Eilish. It was produced by his brother, Finneas O’Connell and released on March 29, 2019. In the first week, the album sold over 313,000 units. It contains the generes of pop, electropop, and trap. Previous to its release, 5 singles where released in a span of 7 months: “you should see me in a crown”, “when the party’s over”, “bury a friend”, “wish you were gay”. and “bad guy”, that was released earlier in the same day the album dropped. All five of them were chart topping and received many success.

Her team is so good. They all are very artistic and really go all out in her music videos, which is one of the many reasons that I al so appreciate her. Another reason is the fact that her music is so different compared to anybody in the mainstream media. Her music has created an influence in pop culture and has inspired other artist to create a different and unique sound. Billie Eilish created a sound that can only be credited to her. She started a whole new wave of music.

My favorite songs were: “when the party’s over”, “bury a friend”, “listen before i go”, and “i love you”. They, along with the rest of the album, bring a very different perspective to music if were basing it on the sound. They each contain very catchy beats and melodies. Overall, the album is a great start to Billie Eilish’s career. Her fast achievement of mainstream success will definitely gain her more attention and her exponential growth will secure her a big and bright future. The album was great and I can’t wait to hear more of her upcoming music.
